Your personal chef works with you to create a perfect menu, then we take care of the rest on your behalf. The ingredients are sourced, the table is laid, a waiter is on hand and your chef cooks an exquisite meal for you and your guests.

The Galley knows that it's hard to commit to any diet with your already busy daily lifestyle.
We also know that food factors in to 80% of any health & physical goals you may have, with exercise and lifestyle contributing 20%.
Whether you're wanting help to create a personal meal plan, or assistance to get the whole family eating balanced, nutritious meals, we can meet your requirements.
First, our nutritional coach formulates meal plans based on your requirements, lifestyle and personal preferences. Then, The Galley chefs provide you with your personal fresh/frozen meals on a daily or weekly basis, so you don't have to worry about the shopping, prepping and cooking side of things.
Cooking Lessons
There is nothing more rewarding than serving up a culinary ensation for family & friends to all enjoy. However, home cooks often find themselves not quite able to achieve the results that they were hoping for.
Lots of cook books instruct the reader using terms, words and processes that the average person wouldn't know, and isn't this frustrating?
Also, when you don't have a lot of time or confidence, being experimental and having fun in the kitchen can be daunting; especially when you have critical, fussy family around the table who turn up their nose if something isn't quite right.
We at The Galley love to teach customers the foundations of wonderful cooking. We let you into the some “chefy” secrets and take you thought some simple, or not so simple tricks so that you are able to cook some of your favourite meals properly, and hopefully have the urge to trial a lot more.
Private cookery lessons take place in the comfort of your own home and are tailored to your requests, so you get the most out of the experience.
Corporate & Business
The Galley provides flexible catering services for high end corporate events that can be tailored for your companies individual needs.
As our client you receive a choice of menus suitable for different occasions and then we liaise with you about which service and menu would best suit your event. Our catering services can be tailored to any evenut, includes seated meals, canape receptions, finder buffets, banquets, hot fork buffets and BBQs.
We have experience in catering for Fashion shoots, gala balls, product & venue launches, conferences, directors meetings and boardroom fine dining.
Cocktail & Canapés
Our Cocktail and Canape service provides a fabulous, simple way to impress your guests. Whether you're having a reception, party, gathering or launch we can work with you to create the perfect selection of canapes to complement the drinks offered by our skilled barmen.

About Tony Maloy
Experience | Lifestyle | Passions
Tony Maloy, founder of The Galley and intermittent head chef developed his culinary knowledge, creative concepts and high standard of service while travelling across the world as a chef for the past 10 years.
We life to refer to Tony's meals as experiences because through each, his passion for individual cuisines come through remarkably, and each meal tends to have a story or be memorable in its own right. This is what Tony strives to achieve with any service offered through The Galley. He believes in making things personal, fun and memorable.
“Food is made fabulous with skill and passion, and through this it touches peoples hearts” Tony started his career at The River Café in London, then travelled to educate and immerse himself in the culture and cuisine's of Italy, France, Japan and Australia.
After this he transitioned onto working as Head Chef on Super-yachts for 4 years, cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America and The Galapagos.
Tony complements his passion for food with his love for fitness. When not cooking or working on “The Galley” he cycles, plays golf, enjoys a good drink, dance and spends time with his friends and family.
